The fox is a symbol of the Tuscan countryside. In the past much feared, but now when seen in their natural habitat foxes are considered a symbol of harmony in nature.  

Volpetto Is a very modern style of Chianti, made using the most up to date wine making techniques. 

For both Volpetto wines, Chianti DOCG and Chianti Riserva DOCG, our aim is to balance classic styles with innovative techniques. The resulting wines are fruit driven, yet have all the typical characteristics of Chianti, thereby suiting the modern palate.
