The grapes are very gently pressed after de-stemming. During the early stages of fermentation, we do a lot of pumping over. Once fermentation is finished, the wine is racked off and malolactic takes place.
Intense ruby red. The bouquet is fresh, with notes of red berry fruits. Rounded, with silky-smooth-tannins.
Perfect to drink with a tomato-based pasta dish or pasta with vegetables.
