The grapes are hand-picked in September.
The grapes are destemmed gently and carefully, taking care to keep the skins intact. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature between 22-24°C, with frequent re-assembly of the must. The Primitivo is de-alcoholised using the "vacuum evaporation technique." With this method it is possible to remove the alcohol at a temperature of 20°C, preserving the freshness and varietal characteristics of the wines.
Bright ruby in colour. NeroOro 0% Primitivo has a pronounced fruity bouquet reminiscent of crispy red fruits, such as berries.The palate is well-balanced, smooth with a persistent finish.
Serve at 12-14°C to maximize the aromatic expression. It is a versatile drink, which pairs well with a wide variety of dishes or to enjoy as an aperitif.
