Hand-picked in the early hours of the morning in early September.
The grapes are very gently pressed after de-stemming. We allow only minimum skin contact, taking the cap of skins away a short while after the grapes are put in the fermentation tanks.
An energetic, vivacious rosé. Very pleasant and fragrant wine characterized by floral notes.
Ideal as aperitif or with antipasti.
